Process invoice with OCR for the authoring flow (v3, async)
Starts an async background job that extracts a Swiss-shaped invoice (parties, per-line MWST rate, QR reference type, Swico tags) from a base64-encoded document. Unlike v1/v2 it resolves no counterparty and creates no draft transfer: the extracted invoice is returned so the client can prefill the v3 create-invoice form for user review and correction. Requires the Bedrock language-model driver. Returns JobResponseV3 with job_id; poll GET /v3/invoices/ocr/{id} for the result when complete.
