List currencies (v2, paginated)
Handler: GetAllCurrenciesV2 → getAllServiceV2.SrvGetAllCurrencies. Returns models.GetAllResponseAPI envelope; data items are transform.CurrencyResponse. Supports standard get_all query (search.*, limit, offset, sort, stack). When includecrypto=true, joins crypto accounts and validates projectid (int64) and optional customerid (UUID). icon_url rewritten like v1.

Query Parameters
Page size. Defaults to 10 and is capped at 100 by the shared query parser. -1 skips data fetching and returns only the count (total/total_unfiltered); any other value <= 0 falls back to the default limit.
Comma-separated; prefix '-' for descending
When true, include cryptocurrencies linked via crp accounts join
When includecrypto=true, validated as int64; invalid value → 400
Optional customer scope when includecrypto=true; invalid UUID → 400
